NorthWest Crossing

NorthWest Crossing strives to create the same characteristics that make Bend's classic neighborhoods so special—safe, attractive tree-lined streets, welcoming homes and commercial buildings, inviting public parks and a distinctive neighborhood charm. The site of two Bend-LaPine Schools, High Lakes Elementary and Summit High School, NorthWest Crossing is located on 486 acres between Skyliners Road and Shevlin Park Road on the west side of Bend. One of the important goals of the development is to provide a mixed-use community that includes a variety of homes, commercial centers, business and employment opportunities, and trails and parks for recreation and open space.

The community is designed to include a broad range of housing types and sizes dispersed throughout. Housing options include single-family homes, duplexes, accessory dwellings, townhomes and condominiums, multi-family apartments, cottages, and apartments above commercial/retail uses. This diversity allows people to continue to live in the neighborhood as their lifestyles and needs change.

NorthWest Crossing is a development of West Bend Property Company, a partnership between Tennant Family Limited Partnership and Brooks Resources Corporation.
