Madras, OR - Yarrow, a new master-planned community situated in the rolling hills east of Madras, today announced that it is has determined pricing for its Phase I homesites. The 27 initial lots range from 6,200 to 16,500 square feet and are priced between $77,000 and $118,000.
Yarrow was born from a unique partnership between long-standing local companies JELD-WEN Development, Brooks Resources Corporation and Taylor Northwest.
