Her extensive marketing and sales experience comes from more than 10 years working in the, building, retail, and real estate industries. Ruder's depth of knowledge comes from working as a salesperson in both new home construction and the resale market.

Most recently, Ruder was business and sales manager for Environmental Building Supplies, a retail operation which focuses on environmentally friendly home interior finishes.
Ruder has lived in Central Oregon for twelve years, and has been visiting the area since she was a small child. She is excited about working in Prineville and being able to offer clients property that provides them a true investment in quality of life.
