Michelle Mills recently joined Brooks Resources Realty as a Real Estate Broker. In this position, she will apply her skills in residential real estate, including builder/broker relations, residential construction methods, contracts, market research and creative marketing concepts. Mills is a Certified New Construction Specialist focusing on bare land, lot development and working with local builders.
"Michelle had worked in several Brooks Resources developments in the past, as well as garnering experience in new developments in the Willamette Valley," said Kay Lucas, principle broker for Brooks Resources Realty. "Her real estate skills and energetic personality makes her a great asset for our office"
Previously, Mills was with RE/MAX 2000 in Corvallis Oregon, where she assisted developers and builders in coordinating new developments in the Willamette Valley. Prior to this, she worked in Bend within the Brooks Resources family at Mount Bachelor Village Resort and Awbrey Glen Golf Course.
Before beginning her real estate career Mills traveled the world, including places like Australia, New Zealand, Europe, South Pacific and Southeast Asia. During her travels she held a variety of unique jobs such as landscape design in Honolulu, delivering sailboats across the Pacific Ocean, and snowboard instruction in Aspen, Colorado.
