Restaurant at Awbrey Glen Hires New Manager

The Restaurant at Awbrey Glen announces the hiring of Sarah Natvig as the new restaurant manager. Natvig joins the restaurant from the New England Culinary Institute where she managed its fine dining restaurant, The Chef's Table. She also taught classes in Service Management and Introduction to Wine for the institute.


Mark Amberson, general manager for Awbrey Glen Golf Club said, "We are very excited to have Sarah joining our team. She brings great experience in service skills and wine knowledge to our restaurant. Her enthusiasm and love of the industry are contagious."


Natvig's focus in her new position will be on developing server skills in areas of guest service, wine, and the relationship between food and wine. She holds a Bachelor of Arts in Food and Beverage Management from the New England Culinary Institute


The Restaurant at Awbrey Glen is open to the public. Summer hours are:

  • Lunch: Tuesday-Sunday 11:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.
  • Breakfast: Saturdays and Sundays from 7:00 a.m. to 1:00 pm (starting May 1)
  • Dinner:  Wednesday-Sunday 5:00 p.m. to 8:30 p.m.
